Mexican documentary filmmaker and archival producer. His credits include CHAVELA, OMARA, Emmy-winner THE LAST OUT, SIQUEIROS: WALLS OF PASSION, ENEMIES OF THE STATE, and KINGDOM OF SHADOWS. He has also worked as a producer and video journalist for BBC and ITN. In 2017 he co-directed and produced the documentary short WHAT WE HAVE BUILT, which premiered at BAM Cinemafest. In 2022 he completed ArchiveValley’s Archival Research for Documentaries Masterclass and he’s currently enrolled at DIPRA, an international audiovisual preservation and restoration program. He currently works as Archival Producer and Co-producer for TIME Studios and Imagine Entertainment’s Carla Gutierrez’s directorial debut. In 2022 he created Past Tense, a research agency for non-fiction media and a film archive.
