Propojení filmových profesionálů ze zemí Visegrádské skupiny

Visegrad Accelerator

Visegrad Accelerator má za cíl propojit profesionály z České republiky, Slovenska, Maďarska a Polska. Projekt umožní vytvoření kreativní Visegrádské platformy pro vývoj a rozšiřování různých filmových aktivit prostřednictvím setkání filmových profesionálů, kritiků a festivalových zástupců ze středoevropských zemí.

Jihlavský festival vždy kladl důraz na myšlenku visegrádské spolupráce, neboť poskytuje prostor pro propagaci a podporu kinematografií zemí V4. Prostřednictvím této platformy pro setkávání českých, slovenských, maďarských a polských filmařů mohou profesionálové z oboru prezentovat své filmové práce a plánovat budoucí spolupráci s kolegy v rámci skupiny i s kolegy z ostatních zemí.

Cílem platformy Visegrad Accelerator pro profesionály z visegrádských zemí je v rámci Industry programu MFDF Ji.hlava objevovat a podporovat nové talenty ze střední Evropy, představit je mezinárodní filmařské komunitě a tím urychlit jejich tvůrčí vývoj. Tento projekt nabízí unikátní prostor, kde mohou filmaři ze zemí V4 získat podporu pro své projekty (Inspirační Fórum a Ji.hlava New Visions Forum & Co-production Market), představit své produkční vize a zahájit evropskou koprodukci (Emerging Producers), sdílet s profesionály z celé Evropy své zkušenosti (Festival Identity) a diskutovat s nimi o svých požadavcích a potřebách (V4 Panels a Konference o etice v dokumentárním filmu) – a to v uvolněném, kreativním a nekonkurenčním prostředí Jihlavy.

Kromě aktivit probíhajících během MFDF Ji.hlava představujeme v rámci Visegrad Acceleratoru výběr pozoruhodných dokumentárních filmů z region těsně před jejich dokončením – Docu Talents from the East. Prezentace projektů pro mezinárodní publikum se koná během filmového festivalu v Sarajevu.
